While they work wonders with your hair, and you sip a complimentary Cappuccino or Espresso, you can fantasize that you are on a European vacation. The beautiful, clean, modern and classy decor of the salon will gladly play along with you. And when you step out on the street , your hair may make people believe you really did go to Europe. Be prepared to be showered with compliments and questions of where you got your hair done, so make sure you grab a bunch of business cards. Your friends will thank you for it. Air fares to Europe are expensive!! Ask me, I go at least once a year.

My beautiful updo lasted all day and night, even after we were out in the March wind for photos along Ocean Drive.

Short version: Talented, knowledgeable and personable stylists. Cozy atmosphere. You walk out the door looking like you slept with a hanger in your mouth because you are so elated with the outcome.
Long version: I just moved to the area and was in need of a highlight and cut. Despite my apprehension and fears of a going to a new salon, I trusted the few glowing reviews I read on Yelp. I was honestly a little nervous that although the reviews were wonderful, there weren’t that many. I decided to give the five star rated salon a try and I could not have been happier with the outcome. My stylist, Megan, did an absolutely phenomenal job highlighting and cutting my hair. She intently listened to my descriptions and requests. She also acknowledged my concerns I had about the “first time at a new salon” nerves and made me feel completely at ease. She described her styling plan explicitly as to reiterate my requests and make sure we were on the same page. Megan was meticulous and thorough with my hair, while maintaining easygoing conversation that made you feel right at home. When finished, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I could not have been more pleased with this experience. Before I left I also did something I NEVER do…I made my next appointment immediately.

A couple months ago, I went to one of ‘Boston’s Best’ salons, saw one of their ‘curly hair specialists’, and the stylist absolutely butchered my hair – from shoulder length to almost pixie and it was terrible – totally unmanageable. I felt like a wet dog. Having very fine hair in spiral curls with tons of volume, it can be a difficult mix to read and cut.
Luckily, I had met Megan the week before, casually chatting about our curly hair, she gave me all the time and focused attention one could ask for in conversation. Immediately after my tragic cut, I booked an appointment with Megan in hopes she could help me. It was like a Cinderella moment. Within 15 minutes, she took my hair into her hands and reshaped it into a beautiful masterpiece. I left there feeling light as air, on top of the world and back to feeling like me, confident and carefree.
